How much to take?
The dose of this medicine is dependent on the individual using this cream. Cyclic administration of 0.50 to 2 gm intra-vaginally, daily for 21 days is generally recommended. However the lowest dose that will treat the symptoms should be used.
How to apply?
Read all the instruction provided in the leaflet by the manufacturer. In case of any confusion consult your doctor. The cream may be applied into the vagina using the applicator provided. Then it is applied to the outside areas of the vagina, or both.
To use the applicator, remove the cap of the tube and then screw the nozzle end of the applicator onto the tube. Squeeze the cream till it reaches up to the mark indicated by your doctor. Unscrew the applicator from the tube. Insert the applicator high into the vagina and then press the plunger to release the cream into the vagina. Pull the plunger out from the barrel and wash it with warm water and mild soap. Do not boil or use extra hot water to clean the applicator.
