How it works?
The drug works by acting on the receptors in the lungs called ?-2 receptors. Salbutamol acts on the receptors and stimulates them, as a result of which the muscles of the air passage relax. This leads to easy passage of air and opens the airway.

How much to take?

How to take it?
If you are taking the tablets then you can just swallow the tablets with glass of water. Do not break or crush the tablet. Do not dissolve the tablets.Take it as full.
When to take?
Take the medicine as prescribed by the Doctor. Try to take the dose at the same time each day; this reduces the chances of missing a dose.
For how long should it be taken?

If it?s less than one hour of the dose time missed then go and take the drug but if it?s more than 6 hours of the missed dose then leave the dose and take the next dose at the correct time period. ?Don?t double up the dose in order to catch up the missed one.
