How to Use Cenforce Fm
-
Dosage: Take 1 tablet (100 mg) orally with water 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, with a maximum of 1 dose per 24 hours. Dose may be adjusted (25–100 mg) by a doctor.
-
Can be taken with or without food; avoid high-fat meals or grapefruit juice, as they delay absorption. Swallow whole; do not chew or crush.
-
Overdose: Seek immediate medical help for severe dizziness, prolonged erection (men), or fainting.
How Tablet Works
Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor, blocks the phosphodiesterase type 5 enzyme, increasing cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels. In women, it enhances blood flow to the genitals, improving clitoral sensitivity and vaginal wetness. In men, it relaxes penile smooth muscles for erections. For PAH, it dilates lung blood vessels. Effects begin within 30–45 minutes and last 4–6 hours, requiring sexual stimulation.
