How Tablet Works
Sildenafil Citrate inhibits PDE5, increasing cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels to relax penile smooth muscles and widen blood vessels, enhancing blood flow for an erection with sexual arousal. In PAH, it relaxes lung vessels. Sublingual administration allows faster onset (15–30 minutes) compared to standard tablets, with effects lasting 4–6 hours. Sexual stimulation is required.
